This pre-dated both the tankobon and the anime. It was authenticated and graded 3.5 ("Very Good-") by Beckett / CBCS with "Off-White / White Pages". Beckett then sealed the book in a hard plastic case. Fakes for this issue are extremely common, which makes an authenticated / encapsulated book like this especially desirable.
