"WE ARE THE WORLD" Original 7" Single & The Story Behind the Song DVD! 80s Pop!

Description: In 1985, a group of rock and pop stars got together to record a charity single. The British pop stars did it, and was very successful with "Do They Know It's Christmas?", released FORTY years ago, in '84. America has to kick it up a notch, so Quincy Jones got together with Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie to write "We Are the World". The single was also on the full length album, which was songs by a lot of artists that participated in the single, plus a couple who did not (like the band Chicago, and Prince & the Revolution). The song itself was released on 7", and 12". Both in picture sleeves. Today, we have up for grabs, an original 7" picture sleeve release, as well as the TWO disc making of DVD! The 7" is the charity single on the A side, and the six minute and twenty two seconds version, with a Quincy Jones B side track titled "Grace". Jones produced the single and the full album. Vinyl looks new, and is shiny and clean. Sleeve is in really good condition, with only a little light wear on it. The DVDs looks new, and both discs are still shiny and clean! Case looks new, as well. Second disc includes tons of special features. Bob Geldof started it all in '84. America did their part in '85 with the "We Are the World" charity single and the full length album. Check out the making of that vintage 80s track and video with the DVD two disc edition.
