I do not know if the metal around the turquoise or the stilts is silver or not. As you can also see there is a small chip in the stone . It is marked sterling, and is Ed signed Mitzi. I do not know if this is the maker or if this is the name of the person who is gifted this. It probably does need to be cleaned a little more and maybe straightened a little bit on one side It weighs about 44.3 total grams
