Description: Offered is this vintage pack of needles in a light cardboard pack advertising the Independent Life & Accident Insurance Co. of Jacksonville, Florida. The pack features a two-color illustration of the corporate headquarters building on one side and the company logo, with the Statue of Liberty, on the other. A small pack of German-made needles is on the inside, with some additional text. I don't know how old the set is but the address is pre-zip code, so before the early 1960s, probably 1950s. The company was founded in 1920 and apparently merged with another company in the 1990s. I have several of these for sale. Each cardboard sleeve is approx. 3 3/8" x 3". Overall all are in good condition. There are no tears in the cardboard, but most have some wrinkles on the corners, etc. All have at least four needles, some have five.
