Description: This wheel has some damage on the braking surface. It appears that a previous owner might have used it with worn brake pads that damaged the carbon brake surface. Some parts are a little rough and dished. Breaking will be bumpy and uneven. Ideally the rim should be replaced. It may be possible to repair the rim with epoxy resin. The 21 spokes and the hub are in great condition. The bearings are very smooth. The free hub body is in excellent mechanical condition with the typical notches in the aluminum from the cassette. Please examine all photos carefully for damage. It has been trued somewhat and is reasonably straight. When it sits in the truing stand, it seems to widen and narrow at one point slightly. Use your own discretion and judgment when deciding whether or not to ride with it. It seems to be perfectly usable to me, with the exception of the breaking being uneven and bumpy, or you could ride it without a rear brake and only brake with the front.
