Description: Vintage Wood or Wooden Jewelry with Music Box Musical Dresser - plays THE WAY WE WERE Offering a vintage wooden Jewelry Box with mirrored doors, 4 drawers, and a wind-up music box. Two doors open to reveal three drawers. Below the 2 doors is a single sliding drawer - this is the drawer that when pulled out activates the music box. Lined with a rich red velvety cloth Music box plays THE WAY WE WERE when wound. A winding key protrudes at the back of the jewelry box. Measures 10 inches tall x 8 inches wide x 5 1/8 inches deep. The music box may not be the original for this jewelry box - there are two mounting holes on the back below the winding key that suggest this to me. There is some loss to the bottom edge of one of the doors on the interior - it appears to have been colored in to blend. One of the interior drawers looks more reddish finish than the other two. The larger drawer at the bottom also has some of that reddish finish. The drawers are solid wood construction. There are some variations in coloring on the topmost surface of the cabinet.
