Needs to be adjusted manually. The hands are slightly bent and are a very thin metal so they should be handled with care. The metal has wear consistent with age, see photos. The cream/white plastic background is in beautiful condition but does have a scratch mark above the 6. Unnoticeable unless searching for it. Measuring approximately 20” diameter.
