Seems to be "partly" working, but I'm not familiar enough with these older camcorders to properly test it. Makes noise when power button is pressed but doesn't seem to actually turn "on". Charger shows the "power" indication light, but not the "charge" light. For this reason, it will be sold as is for parts and/or repair. Overall good cosmetic condition, though the foam on the mic needs to be replaced. Condition and dimensions shown in photos. Displays well and is guaranteed old/original.
