Has an on/off knob and key for turning on the bottom. It rotates while it plays. Working. This is a slow sweet melody so I wound it back 3-4 turns to hear the tune completely. About 5.5” tall. Has a crack in it as shown the rest is awesome shape. Small chip on the larger swans tail fin. White collapsible on shoe shelf
