Description: Antique Mount Washington yellow satin overlay with honeycomb ruffle mouth Circa 1880. Also described as a Pair Point quilted vase. Hand blown! Rare in this condition for its age! Mt Washington Glass Company circa 1880’s was a producer of the finest of fine artistic glass creations using their craftsmen to design and create a bevy of layered glass designs with this being one of them. The previous owners have lovingly cared for this 5 3/4” tall x 4 1/2” wide bulbous vase. Pontil shows 2 torch marks and 2 tiny fire marks (normal for overlays). It is clean in and out! If you are looking for a treasure, this is it. It will be carefully wrapped for shipping!
