Description: Vintage Mavic AKSIUM Race 700C Road Bike Wheels for Shimano Compatible 8, 9, 10 speed Cassettes Nice used 700c Mavic AKSIUM Race Road Bike Wheel set. Mavic AKSIUM Hubs, Front 20 spoke hub laced radial with stainless steel blade spokes, rear hub 20 spoke hub laced with stainless steel blade spokes. Alloy Rims are 700c / 622 for Clincher tires and have approximately a 14mm inner width and 20mm outer width and approximately 20mm tall. The front hub has 100 mm spacing, Rear hub has 130 mm spacing and takes a 8, 9, or 10 speed Shimano or Shimano Compatible Cassettes. The Wheels are Used but not abused, spin buttery smooth and true, rims show minimal brake wear,decals were removed for a clean look, wheels could possibly use little cleaning detailing to be cherry. Unsure if skewers are original and they show some road rash. What's shown weighs a hair over 4.5 lbs. Sweet wheel set for a Retro Ride, Vintage Restoration, or L’Eroica Fun. Comes as Shown.
