A lovely little mini skirt from the late 70s-mid 80s. Measures 28" around without extending the wrap straps too much, but can likely fit a 30" waist easily too. Can be cinched for a smaller waist as well. 15" from waist to hem - a mini! Lightly faded throughout from wash/wear/age but no stains, no tears or the like or odors.
