Description: Hard to find piece. I have only been able to find one other like it and it was missing the basket piece. I am not sure what type of metal this is made from but I am thinking it might be a pot metal. It is hollow but still has a nice weight to it. If you shake it there is some rattling on the inside(prob small bits of loose metal from the moulding process) It has a brass coloring but some silver is shining through(prob from cleaning over the years….actually looks better this way..adds dimension and character) It is in excellent condition for its age and a really cool piece….especially for Great Dane owners/lovers. It would make a fantastic gift. Not sure the purpose of the basket it is carrying but would look super cute with some tiny faux flowers in it. See phots for measurements.
