Description: My daughter found this framed piece at an estate sale and was so excited, that I didn't have the heart to tell her that the "sampler" is not a sampler at all. It's a very good PHOTO of a sampler. But the photo does have a 1917 copyright from the P.F. Volland Co., Chicago and the wood frame is pretty wonderful. It has a glass front and textured sides. The back has its original wire hanger and is in good, age-related condition; one bottom corner has a small bit of scuffing.The framed photo is approx. 10 1/4" x 12 3/4"
