Description: Fabulous miniature oil lamp with chimney, made with blue opalescent glass in a coin dot pattern made by Fenton. From my research, this is a Fenton glass bottle, created in 1947. This was usually created for DeVilbiss as a perfume atomizer base. Sometimes though, it was fitted with a burner for use as a small oil burner, like those popular in the late Victorian period. The burner is made by P & A (Plume & Atwood) MFG Co. Their logo is imprinted on the burner thumb wheel. The fine glass chimney is clear. With chimney, this stands 9 1/2" tall. This is a cool display piece that is rare in this form.
