Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE A beautiful old Porcelier wall sconce with roses and pink and gold trim. Vintage and Original. You can see the electric part says "Porcelier" when you look down inside the fixture at it, and you can find it in the 1942 Montgomery Ward catalog for $1.45! 82 years old and looking good! This is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks. Gold paint is intact, save for a very slight/minor rubbing on the “apostrophe” shape on the bottom right and on the cup that holds the electric socket. Some pictures make the gold finish look black, but that is just the bright light reflecting off of them. Roses are also intact except for some very slight/minor rubbing. Some dirt on pull chain and on the porcelain nut above it. Has a working pull chain. I still have the original little finial (plastic cover) that screws on to the bolt to hang it on the wall, as seen in the last picture, and I will send it along with the sconce. Measures about 5½” high, 4¼” wide, and sticks out from wall about 4”. Buyer Beware: This fixture has old wiring in it and I am selling it in used condition. I don't know anything about wiring. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have a qualified electrician re-wire it to current code before you use it. You buy this fixture at your own risk. Thank you for looking.
