It has a significant amount of piling and stains. The hair on the top of his head is completely matted/ piled down. There are stains on all the paws, face, belly, and the eyes are very scratched up. He has been very washed on gentle and air dried. The stains could possibly come out with some work. All of my items come from a smoke free home. I will consider all reasonable offers.
