There is more than normal wear to cover and edges. It was kept in a garage on a shelf, so you will find it dusty dirty, smudges in areas and even stains. Discoloring due to age. This one may have gotten partially wet at some time pages are more warn on edges and some are wavy. Dirt fell out when I opened it. Lower right corner is the worse area. I did give it a quick dust off. If you look at pictures, it is still a useable copy.
