Just the sugar bowl with lid, can be used in a vintage kitchen to hold other small trinkets, such as pins, small buttons, or even jewelry. This is in very good vintage condition, hard to believe it is 65 years old. Paint is bright and very little wear, nice glossy finish, no chis or cracks. I believe they called this pottery or ceramic "redware", form the 1950s, made in Japan and distributed by Cal Pacific Imports.
