Description: Original Vintage Sweater from the 1940's era - Tag is labeled J.C. Penney Co. Inc. "Sportwear" in Gold. Hard to find this exact tag anywhere but we believe it to be 40's - Also see the size of bottom cuff and sleeve cuffs which is indicative of 40's and 50's fashion. We didn't find any holes but you can see some aging and spotting. We did not treat or try to clean - Instead we like to present items of this age in original condition. Tagged size (42) but note this will measure much smaller than a modern-day equivalent. Be sure to check and compare the provided measurements below to ensure proper fit.
