This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (some smaller tears exist); heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss and fraying exist); no holes that I could see.
