We will not accept returns if the product has been tampered with, changed, modified or altered. For factory sealed products, original packaging must be intact. For refurbished items, items must be properly packed to prevent damage to the item during shipping. If item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimburse the payment. Shipping & Packing We ship via Fed-Ex (Domestic and International), USPS (Domestic 48 continental states). We ship all over the U.S. excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs may vary for international orders and for territories outside the continental U.S. We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO addresses. Items will not be shipped unless the payment has been cleared.
