This unit has a slight piece of plastic that is messed up at the corner of a connector but we believe that it will still function without any issues. The front of the unit also has what i assume to be areas for lights - The #2 area has the decal poked through. See photos. We have multiple of these available. We believe all of these to be in working condition, but obviously we don't have the equipment necessary to test these. It does issue two shipping numbers, firstly the UPS or USPS tracking # to the Global Shipping Hub, then an international shipping tracking number that you can enter on Pitney Bowes' site to receive tracking information. Using this option for global shipping, we unfortunately cannot combine shipping on different items. Returns: We have our return policy set to no returns accepted. However, Ebay does give buyers protection in the event that A) The item is not as described or B) The product is damaged.
