Super nice copy of this PRC-pressed copy from the 1970s with the following in the dead wax: side A (etched): ARL-8126-1C-W̶ NPS-2A-1-1-1 _S¯side B (etched): ARL-8̶1̶2̶9̶8127 8127-1C-W NPS-2 B 1-1-1 NPS 2 B 1-1-1 (1) PRC W So, a stereo cover and labels, but original US mono stampers were used by mistake back in the day. Search r13979878 in Discogs for release that uses the same stampers with the crossed out 8129 on side 2. Cover is a very nice NM, and the record is a strong VG++, bordering on NM, really. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer copy.
