Item is being stored in a smoke free climate controlled environment. I am familiar with the grading system and try not to over grade records. (Like selling something that is VG as NM. )I give them both a visual and audio inspection. (On the audio inspection I will listen to about a minute on each track due to time.) If I did not describe something or missed something or you are just unhappy with the purchase I will accept returns with no hassle and try to answer questions promptly. For shipping I use bubble wrap and ship my records in new cardboard record mailers.
