The flaws are typical of what one would find in this condition, such as a 5/8" x 3/8" chip at the top right hand corner of the front cover, some edge chipping, a 2" spine split at the bottom, a detached cover at the top staple, a back cover edge tear/fold-over (looks like a chip) and general wear. Inside, everything is complete, with no coupons or panels cut out, as the structure is minimally to reasonably solid, with no detectable brittleness although along the edge and split can be a cause for concern down the road, with the OWL whiteness level about a 5.
