Description: Well established clumps, 30+ plants. A lovely landscape specimen. The clumps are heading into dormancy; a perfect time to plant. Foliage varies with season. Fans are trimmed as necessary to fit in our shipping container. In the fall, you are purchasing plants for spring season flowers unless you live in a warmer climate. These plants do best when the have a winter chill and have a chance to go dormant. Plants grow into mounds that have foliage about 15" tall and flowers about 20" tall. The more light the plant receives the more compact the height habit but will still spread rapidly. Reblooms are better if the flower head is removed after it has passed bloom (dead headed) and the plants get 6-8+ hours of direct sun. USDA zones 3 to 10. In summer shipping with foliage, it is typical for the larger leaves to turn yellow as the plant establishes itself.
