Description: This is two box sets from The Skills Ladder for Basic Math from SRA (Science Research Associates) and Children's Reading Institute from 1979. This is a 23 unit set and these two boxes cover Units 8 to 23. The first box set is not included and I do not know what happened to it. The first 7 units cover the basics of additions and subtraction starting with 0-9 and intro to larger numbers, fraactions for 1/2, 1/4, and 1/3, basics about money, measurements, time, and shapes. Please see third photo for contents of each unit. This box set starts with addition and subtraction with/without renaming, starting multiplication and division moving to more advanced concepts about each of these areas. It goes up to multiplying 3 digits, adding and subtracting decimals and fractions, and geometry concepts of graphs, volume, perimeter and area. Each unit covers 25 to 35 different lessons and includes worksheets, rewritable/erasable activities, and teachers/parents guides. They include pens to use for the rewritable but they are mostly dried out so dry erase marker or other pen designed to erase would work. These 16 units have between 450 to 600 lessons/activities included between box both sets. These box sets are designed for Kindergarden and early grade school or advanced preschool level. These are great for homeschooling, classroom use, or just helping a student with their skills over several years of elementary school.
