They do say Roval on them but it's subdued & not very noticeable. -These are made to be put over the presta valve stem and stuck onto the rim around it to prevent the tubes valve stem from rattling. -These are especially useful when you have carbon wheels so you don't have to use the presta valve nut which can mar or skratch the carbon rim. **"THESE ARE FOR PRESTA VALVE TUBES & RIMS ONLY*** -To install 1) make sure to remove the presta valve nut first. 2) Clean rim around valve hole (preferably with rubbing alcohol & let dry). 3) There's a cut out circle in the center you remove. Then remove sticker from backing sheet and then place the tubes valve stem through the hole and slide it down onto the rim. Now there's no need to use the presta valve nut anymore. -These will be shipped with NO tracking number in a regular envelope through USPS to keep the cost down for you. -Please look through the photos.
