It is in good condition, and was manufactured in Soviet Russia, and more specifically appears to be manufactured in the last months of the Soviet Union as it utilizes the phrase CIS, which stands for Commonwealth of Independent States, which first was discussed following the August Coup, 4 months before the fall.
