It was play tested from start to finish (on a cheap, manual, unbranded record player I got for twenty bucks new off the internet), from beginning to end. It sounds great with no skips or jumps. It plays Smooth, Loud, & Clear with very light noise, though side B has a few sporadic clicks/pops. The jacket is completely split both top & bottom. The original wax paper sleeve is is bad shape too. A generic paper dust sleeve will be included.My best guess (see grading info below) is Jacket=G+ Dust Sleeve=POOR & na(generic paper) Record=VG++. This record is NOT available from any other source on the internet (I have searched extensively). I now listen to every record I sell from beginning to end and grade on how it sounds. After all, the way it sounds is far more important than the way it looks. A record can look NM or VG+ , but skip or otherwise sound terrible. It doesn't matter how good a visual grader you are, it is sometimes just impossible to tell without playing it all the way through.
