It is unknown if all possible pages on any of these years are present. The binder still has room to expand the collection. The binder is 2 post, but not the traditional 2 post, as they are the round screw top variety. Condition: used, showing a little bit of wear, but it still good condition. There are a few leftover stamps on couple of pages. There are also small pencil and a few pen notations here and there.
