ROGERS vintage POWERTONE 1966s drum shell 5x14 Chrome Over Brass

Description: FREE Shipping US 48 onlyCan you use this? You are looking at a used vintage ROGERS Powertone Snare Drum 5x14 chrome over brass shell. I know this is chrome over brass, and a magnet does not stick to it. The size is 5x14. This one has a Cleveland Serial number of 18123. Year is about 1966 give or take a year. The one big problem with the drum is that it has no parts.It does still have the script badge, paper label, and grommet. For this reason, I am calling it a parts drum, or repair project. Eight lug drum. This one takes beavertail lugs. I like eight lug drums. I really like Powertones. This snare drum would be a good players drum when you get it together. There are scuffs, and scratches, one extra hole, and that one dent behind the throw off.I tried to show that in one of the last photos. It is still in round. Photos show most of the flaws. Check the inside shots of the shell. The shell could use cleaning, and you can further detail it yourself. This shell itself weighs about 3 pounds and 3.5 ounces.
