Description: RARE “STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE” 10" SOUNDTRACK (E) SIGNED BY COMPOSER ALEX NORTH w/COA! This 1951 film is not only famous for Marlon Brando’s iconic performance as the brutish “Stanley Kowalski” but also for composer Alex North’s jazz-inflected score. Here we have the 10” Capitol soundtrack LP for the movie, in rare Excellent (E) condition, signed with black pen on the back of the LP. (SEE PHOTO.) North did so ten years after the LP’s release at a scoring session for 1961’s “All Fall Down” for a member of the scoring orchestra. There is a split along the top cover about halfway across.
