RARE Antique Native American Water Jug OLLA Leather Wrap Gourd Strap Pitch Sinew

Description: Here is a Rare Antique Native American Water Jug or Olla. *I could not find another example of a jug like this! So if anyone knows anything or has any information about this piece, that would be Awesome! *It is an old leather wrapped gourd with leather strap. The age & wear is obvious with stitching & dried out leather. -It is lined with some kind of thick pitch. Likely a Pine Pitch utilized by many Southwestern Native American tribes for waterproofing -Old Sinew weave/stitching around the top. -It is about 7.5" inches in diameter at it's widest, & about 3" inches wide at the mouth -About 4.75" inches tall *Very Cool Piece of History & Perfect for any Native American Collection!
