In 1861, Patteson was selected as the first Bishop of the Anglican Church of MelanesiaComplete set of two volumes. Photo 4 shows the lovely gold gilt page edges. Some pages have light foxing (like photo 17). Photo 24 shows some cracking on the inside cover crase of volume 1.
