Randy Rhoads' Polka Dot Flying V built by Karl SandovalRandy had the Polka Dot V built by Karl Sandoval in the summer of ’79, just before beginning work on Blizzard of Ozz. Constructed from a solid mahogany body with a set neck from a 60's Danelectro. Complete with rosewood fingerboard carrying Randy's trademark bow tie inlays, a vibrato bridge and DiMarzio humbuckers with individual volume and tone controls. This distinctive axe is finished with Schaller tuners and Gibson Les Paul control knobs.
