Description: Up for sale is a Rare Pup Named Scooby Doo Original Hand Painted Production Cel hand signed by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera.I was told these were purchased in the late 80's early 90's at a studio auction.They came professionally framed since new.All looks to be in pristine condition. It has the official Hanna Barbers Original Hand-Painted Production Cel seal #12804 on the lower right. The cel measures about 11.75" by 8.75". The Frame is 22" by 19"No additional paperwork comes with this.Please look at all the photos for numbers and condition.Sorry for the glass glare. This cell looks perfect.
