There is a small wear mark on the left sleeve that could be colored with shoe polish or dye. The lining looks good except for the picture showing a small mark. I do not know why the previous owner removed some of the buttons but I’ll suspect she just liked them. Unfortunately that means that buttons will need to be replaced.
