Description: Pony Tail Barbie # 5 1961 Blonde Mattel #850 original RARE FACTORY BRAID vintage This is a nice example of the original 1961 Ponytail Barbie. She has never been restored in any way. She comes with original swimsuit, shoes, sunglasses, stand and fashion booklet. Her eyes, lips, fingernail polish and toenail polish are good (see pictures). She has the original factory braided ponytail. Her body is in good shape with no noticeable marks or nicks. Her arms and legs move and hold position as intended. She does have some discoloration on the bottom of her ears from the original earrings (see pics). One shoe is split on top (see pics) Her original sunglasses have a thin wire that was added to the hinge but the original pin is still there and it may be able to be made to work.She is marked: Barbie® Pats.
