Description: This is a relish dish with a handle. Noritake 175 Christmas Ball. It measures about 8 1/4 inches long. It has a green backstamp. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. There are discolored marks on each side at the base of the handle, this looks like it may have be a manufacturing defect, but it's hard to tell. These marks are shown in the photos. Green Backstamp – Dates the piece from 1906 to 1940.Gold Backstamp – Dates the piece from 1947 until 1991.Blue Maruki Spoke Nippon Backstamp – used by Noritake starting in 1912 and placed on items destined for export in the UK and European markets. I am selling over 200 pieces of this pattern (no dinner, luncheon, salad or bread plates). Many of the pieces I’m selling are older, hard to find pieces. I will be listing as quick as I can over the coming weeks/months so please watch for my other auctions. I will combine shipping, if possible.
