Description: This is a rare original Night Nurse comic art page - Pencils and Ink by Win Mortimer - from issue #3 - page 3 - published in 1972 by Marvel Comics. The page measures 10.5 inches in length and 16 inches in height, and features the character Night Nurse in the Marvel Universe. The art is from the Bronze Age of comics (1972) The illustration depicts protagonist Linda Carter, Night Nurse identifying a mobster Hitman as one of the men who dropped off a dead body at Metro General. In the final panel we see Georgia Jenkins enter having come from her brothers trial, she is upset because of the severity of the sentence, and on the following page goes on to comment on how mobsters do horrible things with no time behind bars while her little brother makes a foolish mistake and gets thrown in prison for 20 years. This piece has intricate detail and shading which showcase Mortimer's skill as an illustrator. It is a must-have for any Marvel Comics collector or fan of Night Nurse. This four issue series only has 84 pages ever published. They very rarely come up for sale! As far as I am aware, my pages are the only ones I have found that have sold publicly since 2005, once they are gone, they are gone! Don’t miss out on these amazing pieces of art!
