It is in Factory New/Brand New condition: all original and unused, but it may have been test run at the factory. THE CONDITION OF THIS CABOOSE IS BASED ON APPEARANCE ONLY, AND IT WAS NOT TESTED FOR OPERATING PERFORMANCE. It has a black roof, a dark red and black cupola, a dark red body and yellow car ends, and it has perfect white lettering and clean, crisp, realistic Duluth South Shore and Atlantic logos, markings and numbering. It is 9 1/8 inches long, and it comes with interior overhead lighting, a detailed car interior, an attractive and colorful paint scheme, a detailed plastic body, die-cast metal four wheel trucks, metal wheels and axles, operating die-cast metal couplers, fast-angle wheel sets, needle-point axles, separate metal hand rails and with two detailed brake wheels. It also comes with an original owner's manual and with a clean and complete, original MTH window box. The box shows some wear on the corners, the box seams and the end flap corners and edges, but otherwise it is a good, whole box. This attractive Duluth South Shore and Atlantic Center Cupola Steel Caboose would look just great at the end of a MTH freight train, and it would be a most welcome addition to any collection or operating railroad!
