Description: Offered is a tested working motor chassis for a MEI series 2000 dollar bill validator. This unit was removed from a working Flash Port validator. It does not include the upper sensor board. Belts in used condition so you may want to change since easy at this point. If belts are good on your failed chassis they could be moved to the one purchased. This is a helpful part as it makes fixing a unit that failed due to a motor issue easy. Common motor failures involve the push plate being extended and making it impossible to remove the bill box. When the drive motor beings to fail the acceptance rate will decline as bill not moving fast enough. Works in 12vdc, 24v, and 120v Flash Port models. In the event you want to install the chassis in an older generation 1 validator you will need to swap the chopper disk on your existing unit with 4 notches over to this unit. The chassis you will receive will have a chopper disk with 12 notches.
