Description: Stud washers marked Ludwig & Ludwig. This is an older 1920's and later era thumb rod strainer. It was called a double stud strainer. The butt end plate has a hole spacing of 1 and 3/8". The wires are GUT and look very good. Six gut wires and doubled back to make twelve. Gut wires are 20" total length and used on a marching snare drum. Wires can be cut down to fit smaller sized snares. All in very good used condition. Please ask questions as needed and thanks for bidding.
