Other places include New York, Rhode Island, Michigan, Florida, California, South Carolina, Illinois, Virginia, Arizona, Indiana, Louisiana, and one castle ad that might be from Europe.Themes include restaurants, resorts, hotels, funeral homes, businesses, jewelers, wedding favors, cigarette brands, banks, and one that is scented.Photos show samples of what's included, and an example of matchbooks with trimmed heads (most are like this), empty boxes, covers, and some with missing matches.
