It was published by B. T. Batsford Ltd., of London, in 1987. The book measures 10 inches x 7.5 inches and has 155 pages + illustrations. The book is in good, neat condition for its age, with minor wear/chips to the edge of the original dust-jacket (not price-clipped – it cost £25.00 at the time), and a slight odour of tobacco when the book is opened. There are NO inscriptions/book-plates and NO other ink or pencil markings in the book. The binding is good with no loose or missing pages. A wonderfully illustrated vintage edition.
