Description: This fun resin figurine is from Lemax's Spooky Town Collection. Amazing details and features a light element that illuminates sections of the interior and exterior. Comes with the adapter and in original Styrofoam and Box which have some shelf and handling wear. This is fragile and many of the small figures are cast individually and glued to the main component the building when manufactured. The maker wasn't too neat and a few small drops of hardened glue are evident if examined closely. We found that the tiny bottle held up by the figure sitting on the roof broke off and we reglued in place. Should that or any other tiny piece break off (it's possible) we will include a small tube of adhensive. We plugged in and tested and the lighted element work great but are more dramatic when in a darkened room. Please note that this seasonal item is not returnable. Thanks for understanding.
