I peeled back a portion of the bottom pad to repair a loose wire. I added a photo of the bottom pad after the repair. *** It is for this reason that it is listed as New Other *** Brand new Lemax Spooky Town Chuckle's Funhouse. Introduced in 2013 & quickly retired in 2015. This was the first Spooky Town building with a retail price of $100 or more. This building has never been displayed. I have powered it up and it is in complete working order with all lighting, animation & soundtrack functioning as intended, especially the very finicky shaking balcony. The unit runs very quiet and smooth and is ULTRA clean. The paint is close to perfect, athough it does have a few minor flaws. All of the decals are present. This building is very impressive to see in person and it will not disappoint. It will be shipped securely packaged.Comes with outer picture box, complete styrofoam enclosure, genuine Lemax power adapter, elastic pulling strap, cellophane dust cover and instruction sheets.
