Tag says size 10 but waist is 29". Please go by measurements for fit: Bust 36", waist 29", hops 39". Some of the chiffon is frayed and not sure if that was designed that way or not. It does not detract from the dress. Also, raw hem line. I like it just like it is. You can trim up some of the fray if you want. It is a designer gown and i could not find another one like it on-line anywhere.
